We are a small team located in Spain. 2 years ago, I started my workout journey and decided to take steps towards better health.
However, constant inflammation from injury kept me from training sessions. As injuries piled in, and countless bills from Chiropractors, I continued to search for other methods.
That's how I discovered cold therapy. After weeks of cold water treatment, all of my inflammation and muscle soreness was completely removed.
Moreover, I discovered additional health benefits. My mood felt energized and refreshed, helping my performance moving forward.
